MRI SAR Youth Group

Youth Group go Diving

On Friday 20th January 2006, five of the youth group members and two of the youth group leaders went on a try-dive with Aberdeen watersports. We did our try-dive at the Robert Gordon University Sports Centre in Aberdeen.

We took our own wetsuits, but were supplied with scuba gear. Our instructor for our try-dive was Mike. For most of us it was our first time of breathing under water, and I think we all agreed it was a fantastic experience.

After getting used to breathing and swimming under water, we finished up our try-dive session by playing under water frisbee and torpedo throwing.

We all enjoyed it.

Overall I think everyone had a great time and I would recommend it.
