Age 14 years +

For groups who fall within this age category there are many additional activities available.

We have wetsuits, boots, gloves and buoyancy aids, as well as 3 sit-on-top kayaks and paddles available for use by people within this age group.

These resources support a huge range of potential learning experiences such as:

> Practical exercises: open water and river lifesaving, kayaking, working or playing safely in surf zones and rivers, exploring rock pools, as well as building water confidence.

> Teamwork exercises: Cliff foot & man-overboard rescues and raft building exercises

> Environmental work: find out about geology of local area, plant and animal species, bird feeding habits, looking at the catch of local fishermen & finding out what equipment they use and how

> Learned skills: knot tying, radio communication, risk assessment, teambuilding and delegation
